What do you actually build?
Three layers in one engagement — the internal operations system, the brand and website, and the marketing engine. Ten to sixteen weeks, one senior team, end to end.
Do you work with non-software companies?
That is mostly who we build for. Manufacturers, family businesses, healthcare groups, education institutions — businesses with real products and many divisions, whose digital presence no longer matches who they are.
Can you actually ship AI agents, or is it a buzzword?
An agent goes in only if it saves a named person at least an hour a week. Otherwise we cut it. What ships is whatever proves the hour.
What happens after the engagement ships?
Optional monthly residency — the same team keeps tuning, shipping and extending. Thirty days notice either side, no lock-in.
How many clients do you take at a time?
Three to five engagements a year. When one ships, the next begins.
