Marketing that
behaves like
research.

We build SEO, performance ads, content and brand systems for hardware, D2C and product-led teams — editorial in tone, technical underneath, measured against numbers that matter.

Services
001 / 004 — What we do

Four services.
No retainers you
can't leave.

We work as a senior, small team — paid for outcomes, not hours. Pick one service or all four; either way, you get a partner who ships and a record of every decision we make together.

01 Service

SEO — technical & on-page.

Technical audits, information architecture, on-page fixes, internal linking, schema and content clusters that earn their ranking instead of bidding for it.

  • Technical audit & Core Web Vitals
  • Information architecture
  • Keyword & intent mapping
  • Programmatic landing pages
  • Schema & structured data
  • International & multi-lingual SEO
02 Service

Performance ads — paid, not performative.

Google, Meta, LinkedIn — campaign architecture, creative systems, landing pages and weekly experiments tied to a single north-star per campaign.

  • Google Search & PMax
  • Meta & Instagram ads
  • LinkedIn B2B campaigns
  • Landing page systems
  • Creative testing framework
  • Budget & bid hygiene
03 Service

Content strategy — written like a human.

Editorial calendars that read, not just rank. We plan, commission and ship content that earns distribution on its merit — newsletters, articles, product stories.

  • Editorial strategy & briefs
  • Technical & long-form writing
  • Case studies & documentation
  • Email & newsletter systems
  • Distribution & syndication
  • Review & style ops
04 Service

Analytics — & growth ops.

Clean tracking, honest dashboards, experiments that end in a decision. We set up the plumbing so you stop arguing about numbers and start using them.

  • GA4 & server-side tagging
  • Attribution & UTM hygiene
  • Dashboards & weekly scorecards
  • A/B & multi-variate testing
  • Funnel & cohort analysis
  • Privacy-first measurement
How we work
002 — Process

Five moves.
No mystery, no
theatre.

Every engagement runs on the same five beats. Nothing is hidden, nothing is billed by the hour. You always know which move we're in and what decision sits at the end of it.

Move / 01

Discover / listen.

A working session with your team. We read the existing site, the analytics, the sales calls. We leave with a map — not a proposal yet.

Move / 02

Diagnose / verify.

Technical SEO audit, paid account review, content & funnel teardown. Every claim is linked back to a number or a screenshot.

Move / 03

Design / plan.

A 90-day plan. Channels, content, experiments, budgets and an honest view of what we will not do. You sign off in writing.

Move / 04

Deploy / ship.

We build, write and launch. Weekly demos, a shared Notion/Linear, same-day Loom replies. No wall between strategy and execution.

Move / 05

Deepen / compound.

Monthly reviews. Every number meets the plan or gets a theory for why it did not. Wins are documented, mistakes are too.

Proof
003 — Numbers we care about

We don't sell
impressions.
We sell outcomes.

Every engagement ends with a scoreboard. Here are the kinds of numbers we show up to move — and the kinds we refuse to optimise for because they don't change a customer's mind.

3×
Organic traffic across
a typical 6-month SEO build
-42%
CAC after paid account
restructure, median
14d
Average time from brief
to first shipped campaign
Dashboards we build
that nobody opens
004 We optimise for
  • → Qualified pipeline
  • → Lifetime value, not first-click
  • → Organic compounding
  • → Lower cost per qualified lead
005 We don't optimise for
  • Vanity impressions
  • Raw traffic divorced from intent
  • Follower counts
  • Clickbait that ages like milk
Scoreboard
003.5 — What a weekly review looks like

A scoreboard
you can read
on a Monday.

Every engagement ships one of these — a single page, honest numbers, colour only where it counts. It is the page we open in the weekly review, and the page you send your CFO when they ask how it's going.

Selected work
003.75 — Case excerpts

A handful of
engagements we
are quietly proud of.

We usually don't name clients publicly — most of the good work is under NDA. These are composite excerpts with the numbers intact, the logos blurred, the method the same.

Case / 01 Hardware · Industrial

From tender spec to category entry.

Programmatic landing pages for 280 product SKUs, an editorial specification library, and a paid engine focused on mid-funnel intent. Sales cycle dropped from 11 weeks to 6.

Case / 02 D2C · Wellness

A calmer launch plan, not a louder one.

Rebuilt the launch sequence around a single founder essay, a two-channel paid test, and a gifted-seeder list. Less noise, 42% lower CAC, sustained into month five.

Case / 03 B2B SaaS · Product-led

A scoreboard the founder actually opens.

Killed 11 dashboards, shipped one. Server-side tracking, weekly experiment log, one number per persona. Pipeline attribution went from "we think" to "we know".

Writing
004 — Field Notes

Things we've been
thinking about.

Not a blog. Notes we write for clients and for ourselves — short, argued, often wrong, occasionally useful. Honesty is the whole point.

Note / 01 SEO

Why most technical SEO audits age poorly.

A 120-page audit that no one reads is not a deliverable, it is a tombstone. Here is the shorter format we ship instead — and why clients actually act on it.

Note / 02 Paid

The five-line ad brief we use for every campaign.

A campaign that cannot be described in five lines does not know what it wants. The template, the failure modes, and the moment to break the rule.

Note / 03 Content

Editorial calendars are a trap. Use a budget.

We replaced our content calendar with a fixed monthly budget and a thesis. Output went down, compounding went up. A quiet unlock for hardware brands in particular.

Principles
005 — Why work with us

Six reasons.
Everything else
is noise.

These aren't marketing lines. They are the non-negotiables that shape how we price, staff and say no.

01

Senior by default.

Every hand on your account is someone who has shipped, failed, documented and recovered. No junior team hidden behind a "lead".

02

Editorial by taste.

We come from design and publishing before we came to growth. The craft of the page matters as much as the math of the funnel.

03

Honest by contract.

Monthly letters, transparent pipelines, blameless postmortems. You always know what is working, what is not, and why.

04

Multi-lingual ready.

We ship sites and campaigns in English and any regional language your audience actually speaks. Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and more on request.

05

Small on purpose.

Three to five brands at a time. When one engagement ends, the next begins — no parallel chaos, no dropped threads.

06

Independent always.

Bootstrapped, ad-free, no kickbacks from any platform. Our incentives are aligned with yours and nothing else.

FAQ
006 — Questions we get asked

Honest
answers to the
honest questions.

Do you work with startups or only established brands?
Both. Roughly half of our engagements are seed-to-Series-A founders rebuilding their growth foundation; the other half are established hardware and D2C brands who have outgrown an old agency and want something calmer and more senior.
How do you price?
Outcome-based monthly retainers or fixed-scope sprints. No hourly billing, no mark-ups on ad spend. You see a single monthly number and the list of things attached to it. Either of us can close the engagement with 30 days notice, no questions.
Do you guarantee rankings or ROAS?
No. Anyone who does is either new, lying, or about to stop being either. We guarantee the process: the audits, the ships, the weekly reviews, the decisions. The numbers follow, usually quickly — but never on command.
Can you run paid ads and SEO and content together?
Yes, and it is cheaper per-channel than hiring three specialists. The four services share one strategy, one set of numbers and one weekly review, which is most of where the savings come from.
Do you build websites too?
Yes — marketing sites only, and only when they are in service of the growth work. Landing pages, programmatic SEO pages, and full marketing sites all sit inside the content and SEO tracks.
What industries do you know best?
Hardware (industrial, consumer electronics, instruments), D2C goods, and B2B product-led SaaS. We turn down most things outside these three unless the founder story pulls us in hard.
Where are you based?
India. We run the studio remote-first and work with clients across India and abroad. We travel for kick-offs and quarterly reviews when it makes sense.
